PUERTO RICO

I adore Puerto Rico because it is a beautiful and relaxing island.  I love it even more because they speak Spanish and I get to speak my native language all day long.  Their beaches are absolutely stunning and I could literally sit by the beach all day worry-free.  The hotel we stayed at was La Concha.  La Concha was designed very modern and had a very chic look.  The room was huge and it was like a mini condo.  They had various pools in their property and the views were gorgeous.  Their hot tubs had the perfect temperature and they were open all night long.  La Concha also had a casino on property which was a decent size.  Their staff was the greatest staff I have ever encountered at a Hotel.  They were beyond friendly and went above and beyond to meet our expectations.

If you visit Puerto Rico, you can always go to Old San Juan.  They have great shopping and you can visit the fort which is truly remarkable.  They also have a Señor Frog's right next to the port and it has a great atmosphere.   I also advise you to go to the Bacardi Factory and take a tour; it is a lot of fun.  Ask your hotel/concierge if they have coupons available for free drinks during your Bacardi Factory tour.
