Pho Saigon

Pho Saigon Noodle House

Last Friday I went to Pho Saigon Noodle House.  Firstly, let me tell you that I absolutely love this place!  I am a huge fan of Vietnamese food and this restaurant is superb.   Their only downfall is customer service.  Their staff was very limited and the place was super packed.  It took forever for me to even place the order.  However, the food came out super-fast!

Every time I go to any Vietnamese restaurant I must get the shrimp spring rolls.   Shrimp spring rolls are my second favorite food ever (Sushi is my favorite).  If I could, I would eat them all day long and every single day.  They are so delicious and healthy as well.  The shrimp spring rolls here were absolutely delicious! Their peanut sauce was amazing too.  I also got “Pho Ga” which is their chicken noodle soup.  Can I say exquisite? YUM!   I also tasted a beef noodle soup which had great flavor.  However, it was not a “Pho” soup.  The noodles were thicker and the broth was a little spicy.  But it was great!  Lastly, I had a dessert called Sương Sa Hột Lựu.  It is basically jelly, tapioca, and coconut milk with shaved ice on top. It is literally heaven on earth if you are a tapioca fan.
