I love the Palm and I always have! This restaurant never lets me down. The place is beautiful and artistic. The restaurant is fine dining but it is well worth it. The service is spectacular and the employees are very friendly and helpful. They truly make your dining experience delightful.
For appetizers I got calamari, oysters and clams. The calamari and the oysters were exquisite. On the other hand, I was not a big fan of the raw clams. I have never tried raw clams, but they not for me. If you do not like raw oysters, you will not like raw clams, trust me. I also tried the lobster bisque. The presentation was really nice as they pour the soup on your bowl with lobster chunks at the bottom. However, I was not a big fan of the bisque. It was not bad at all, but I’ve had a lot better. For my entrée I had a blackened Chilean Sea Bass with crab meat on top. Omg, can I say heaven on earth! It was seasoned and cooked perfect! I also tried the 4 lbs broiled jumbo Nova Scotia lobster. It was absolutely delicious with super tender meat. A MUST HAVE! As my sides, I had Brussel sprouts and wild mushrooms and they were both amazing.
