Whenever I hear people talk about Atlantic City they always say it is nasty and dirty. I personally do not think it’s neither; it is just very empty and quiet. I also hear people comparing Atlantic City to Las Vegas and that is definitely not a comparison. People say AC is the Vegas of the East, but I really don’t think those people have been to Vegas. The only comparison I can think of is having Hotels & Casinos back to back and having some of the same Hotel chains from Las Vegas. Anyways, I just do not like to compare the two cities because they are very different. Back to AC, it was a super fun time! I truly enjoyed walking the boardwalk in a quiet atmosphere. It was a huge plus for me since I do not like crowds. I think my favorite part is having the Casinos attached to the boardwalk and having access to the beach. It makes you feel like you are at a beach resort, just perfect. It truly sucks that Atlantic City is not doing very well financially and had to close down some Hotels & Casinos. I personally thought it was a great place to visit and a fun getaway. Anyhow, the best breakfast omelette I have ever tasted was at some restaurant on the boardwalk. I cannot remember the name of the restaurant. However, I can remember the fact that it was a gyro omelette. To me, that was absolutely heaven! Having feta cheese, tzatziki sauce and lamb all in my omelette was the best thing since sliced bread. Overall my experience in AC was a very pleasant one.
